INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
We provide interior design services for residential and commercial spaces, from small projects to very large projects. The contractors that we work with are all licensed, and we provide free estimates.
My initial consultation with a new client typically includes a detailed discussion to understand what you will be using the space for, what your style preferences are, what your favorite colors are, etc. and then I keep that in mind when I develop my proposed design.
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
No job is too small. We do all sizes – from designing efficient layouts and maximizing space for small studios, to designing interiors for large homes. Each project provides its own challenges and opportunities to help make your design unique. We will work with your style and tastes to design a beautiful bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room, dining room, or entire home at very affordable prices.
STAGING YOUR HOME TO SELL
Sometimes it takes a fresh pair of eyes to see what may be getting in the way of realizing the maximum profit on the sale of your home. For a small fee, we will decorate your home using your existing furniture and accessories. We can also add a few pieces to highlight the possibilities in your home to attract buyers and and help you maximize the selling price.
DESIGN TO SELL
This is a new category we’ve added to our business. For a small investment, we will go to your home or apartment and design it to sell. You may be able to significantly increase the value through our paint and design choices. Projects can be as simple as painting your interior space, or as complex as redesigning your entire home. We will showcase your property and help you maximize your selling price.
BUDGET DESIGN
Limited budgets can also produce great designs. Our services are varied and customized to meet your special needs at affordable prices. Our flexible decorating and design services can offer as much, or as little, guidance as you need. We will work with your budget.
COMMERCIAL STYLING
Commercial projects bring the challenge of meeting not only aesthetic expectations, but complex functional and operational requirements as well. Detailed programming and studies of work habits can be essential to the success of the project, so we leave no detail unstudied. Corporate design should not only reflect business function, but corporate identity as well. The first chance to communicate that message is when a client walks through the front door and enters your interior space.
